No, the GSD iControl app is only available through a registered installer.
No. Signing in with the above platforms is only for users that are creating a completely new account. In order to view existing systems and areas within the new app you will have to follow the porting procedure. Please see the relevant video here:
No, GSD does not monitor your alarm. If you interested in alarm monitoring please discuss this with your local installer.
No, unfortunately the GSD App is not available on the windows app.
The App is available from the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store on Android
Simply visit App store or Google Play store and download the App. Then login to the app with the login credentials that you had set the app up with.
You must contact your alarm installer in this case. Alternatively, rename the SSID of the new router to
match the old router and apply the same password then all connected devices will reconnect
without the need enter the details on the panel.
It’s likely that your push notifications have been disabled. To enable push notification, navigate to the home menu, then tap preferences. Then tap notification settings. Ensure that Push is enabled.
To make the transition from the GSD-i70 app to the new GSD-iControl app as smooth as possible, GSD are not porting all exisiting app users at once.

Unfortunately GSD can’t take calls on queries relating to the iControl App as many queries depend on exact system and security configurations that installers have implemented. However, we encourage users to send their feedback on the app through the feedback form and to contact their installer where they have an issue with their iControl setup/configuration.
Ensure that your trusted contact has the GSD iControl App downloaded and they have an account setup. Then will need to have the discovery mode switched on. Please see the relevant FAQ video on discovery mode.
